Kadamban Movie Review
A group of unscrupulous tribal people living happily inside the forest (although they have a lot of small controversies) are unaware of the clever strategy of business-minded people. They are ready to fight against these forces for their last breath, who are keeping an eye on their homeland for selfish needs. Most of them pin their hopes on Kadamban (Arya), perhaps the only person of them who is aggressive, attractive and adventurous, and it is also blessed with a great body. He is mostly seen with his friend (Adukulam Murugadas).Rathi (Catherine Tracea), who love Kadamban, often persuades them to love their back, although later there is no sign of 'settlers' in the beginning. Like Kadamban, Rathi is also very courageous and looks good, though sometimes it is uncomfortable, which considers the character and the background against whom the conspiracy appears. Rathi's brother is against his relationship and for this it does not make any difference when he comes in hot panic with Kadamban.
Kadamban, who is arrested by local police for solving their old scores, is released by activists (YG Mahendra and Madhuvanti) who work for human rights. They help the inhabitants of the forest with their different ways of increasing their standard of living and winning their hearts. Meanwhile, a business person (Deepraj Rana), who is willing to build his empire, monitors the resources from forest and hat schemes with the help of a police and some loyalists.
As an adventurous thriller set in a dense forest, Kadamban provides some breathing shots - Satish Kumar's cinematography is a treat. Choreographed choreograph by Dhillip Subbarayan is good in mountaineering, especially where tribals fight naturally available weapons in their forest, and the scene where Arya rescues a police from drowning in a Marsh. However, despite many people who constantly fired with high-end guns, the scenes of hero-like nails look tilted and seem unrealistic. Scenes from CG are good in some scenes, but some other sequences seem to be cheap.
Arya, with her tampered body, performed her best for the film, though her specialty should have been more interesting. The absence of a challenging Baddie and strong helper characters, also, the overall flow flow. If the film reminds him of the sequences of many other films, then he can not be held guilty. However, despite errors, there are attempts at the film's moment and anger, and the efforts of Arya should be appreciated.
